POLICIES: Refund: I pride myself on my quality of work. I ensure all my guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables I understand everything doesn’t always go as planned. Please reach out to me within 48 hours of your service with any adjustments. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will be issued and I will do my best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner. Redo: I understand that sometimes application errors can occur and adjustments may be needed. If contacted within 48 hours I will correct application mistakes free of charge. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 40% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Clients are subject to 50% charge for cost of service for a day of noshow.
